Join Morfi – Multimedia Designer (Generalist)
About Us:
Morfi is a multimedia startup based in Nicosia, crafting innovative eLearning courses for an international client base since 2022. Our work spans a wide range of creative disciplines, including eLearning development, instructional design, motion graphics, graphic design, character animation, web development, video editing and videography.
As our projects grow in complexity, so does our need for versatile designers. We’re looking for a creative problem-solver with a solid design foundation who thrives on switching between different types of projects. If you’re passionate about design, have an eye for detail, and enjoy learning new tools and techniques, we’d love to hear from you.
Role Description:
We’re not looking for a highly specialized designer – we’re seeking a creative generalist who is adaptable and skilled across various disciplines. The ideal candidate is comfortable tackling design tasks one day and diving into eLearning development the next. Your designs will often be animated (either by you or others), so it’s important to understand the tools and possibilities of motion graphics and animation.
This is a full-time position based in Nicosia, there is some flexibility for remote work for residents of Cyprus.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Storyboarding: Planning eLearning Course content based on scripts
- Developing visual language for eLearning courses
- Designing multimedia assets for eLearning courses.
- Creating graphic elements and layouts for explainer style animated videos.
- Designing other materials for in-person and online courses like posters, infographics, flyers, certificates, simple logos.
- Simple web design tasks for the LMS platforms we are building and maintaining.
- Working within the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, primarily After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Working on marketing campaigns/social media content for the courses.
- Work with Articulate Storyline 360. (training will be provided)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in various fields of graphic design.
- Animation and motion graphics experience or commitment to learn
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
