LMS Administrator
We are a Cyprus based international multimedia production company delivering Animation, eLearning and Web Development. We are operating various learning platforms and we are looking for LMS Administrator to maintain these websites and assist our learners to have the best possible experience.
Please read below about the role and keep in mind that training-on-the-job will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- User management and support
- Interface with content authors, design team and IT division
- Manage certification process for accredited courses
- Uploading and managing online courses
- Creating quizzes, and setting up assessments
- Generate Reports
- Review eLearning content for errors and mistakes before publishing
- Other administrative tasks to help the production team
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Moodle is an advantage
- MsOffice - strong knowledge of Excel
- Experience with CRM Platform (e.g. Zendesk)
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
- At least 2 years working experience in similar role

- Resourceful, self-motivated, and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Good time management, ability to work independently
- Interest to learn basic web development tasks
